Growing up in a traditional Italian family sparked Taylor's love of food and pastries. After attending high school in addition to vocational school, Taylor left New Jersey to pursue her dream of becoming a pastry chef. She attended Johnson and Wales University and earned her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. After learning that dreams can change, she continued her education and graduated in 2018 with her Bachelors Degree in Travel Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Taylor has been with our team since 2014. Since working in the Pantry, she has completed not one, but two internships learning the ins and outs of the business. If for some reason you don't see her in the Pantry, go next door into the restaurant. There is a chance she might be behind the hostess desk or catering a special event. When she isn't in the Pantry she is wandering around the city of Providence looking for inspiration or at her apartment baking goodies while tending to her plants!
